This was just composed by myself and read out on a live phone-in. The evenings hot topics are pretty obvious... "I was proposed to after a fancy dress party (in a pub car park), then spent a lovely night in a travel tavern. Had to flag a cab dressed up. Which helped, actually... I walked out after five minutes, it was demeaning. In bed I wear a pair of my husband's shorts. he's had them since 1982. They did have an underpant lining, but it's perished. I could not live without air-conditioning in the car. It really is a godsend in the summer months. From T. Gladden" You can listen to the show from 10pm till 1am at www.bbc.co.uk/england/radioleeds/listen.shtml The email address is thelatealexhall@bbc.co.uk

And I can clarify this. Heard them last night as well on Radio Leeds... listening online is so cool! ;D An excellent phone-in prank. They had no idea that they were Partridge style topics. I suppose they sounded quite rational to the listener at midnight. Isn't that about the time when Alan does his phone-ins on Radio Norwich? Well done Mike!!
