What's your favourite/worst comedy?
Mine has to be either Black Books or The Day Today (Does that count as Alan Partridge?) but I like a lot more.
I don't like Coupling. At all.

Favourites: League of Gentlemen (but not series 3) Spaced Bo Selecta! - current favourite, apart from Partridge of course. Spaced is genius! However I think Bo' Selecta is not as good as it used to be (another sell-out case) and although the 3rd series has provided me with a few good laughs (Nadia is a good example) it is overall a big disappointment.

Red Dwarf, Father Ted, Big Train, Blackadder HATE: Only Fools and Horses (A load of townies talking blabbering crap!) I like Father Ted it is gold! Red Dwarf is not so good but it has its moments. I agree about OFAH it's just a bunch of ponces mincing about talking rubbish.

Fav: Bottom, The Office, Big Train, Blackadder and of course Seinfeld and Simpsons.
Worst: a number of american sit-coms (According to Jim with James Belushi comes to mind). Awful writing.

newman is cool too. They all are! Have u seen the episode where kramer gets some college student on work placement for his fictional company "kramerica enterprises"? thats definately one of the best episodes! that one is just pure hilarity!..i love their alter-ego's as well--'J.C.Pennypacker' and 'Art Vandelay' ..i can't remember what Jerry's was though. i loved the episode where Newman and Kramer are deeply into a game of 'RISK' and they refuse to leave the room incase the other tampers with the board..to the point of playing it on the subway, upsetting a Ukrainian and Kramer running down the street with it -running after his car thats being towed away! theres too many good Seinfeld episodes to mention, i have a load on video, but it would be great if they released them on DVD. Mr.Steinbrenner is another great character ,the fact that you never see his face makes it even better!
